A Few Things to Know

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Maximum Occupancy
Up to 8 guests. The property is part of a private gated community — please be respectful of neighbors and noise levels.
No Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking property, indoors and on the deck. Smoking in designated outdoor areas only.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Please clean up after your pet on the property and trails.
Watercraft Safety
Life jackets are provided and must be worn by children under 12. The pontoon requires a brief orientation upon arrival.
Firewood & Fireplace
Firewood is provided. Please use the fireplace screen at all times and do not leave fires unattended.
